Mirror's Weekly Weigh-In!

    Well it's my first weigh in since joining the site and I've already lost 17lbs previously.

    And I've now lost another pound!
    This seems to be the rate I'm losing at each week, so I hope it keeps up.

    16 more pounds to go! :)

    Urgh, put on 2lbs this weigh-in and I'm really not sure why.
    Been eating well and exercising 5 days a week.
    Really disheartened :(

    EDIT - Ah, found out the problem. TOTM, haha. Hopefully should be back on track next weigh-in.

    Uh, decided not to weigh in today. Just had a big party yesterday and ate a little more than I should have. I'll have to work it off all next week!

    Well after a long delay, I'm back on track.
    Instead of losing weight, my body decided to lose fat instead.
    Taking me from 36% to 31% in the last couple of weeks.
    But now that's all stopped and I'm back to losing more weight again.
    Last weeks weigh in, and I lost 2lbs!

    Finally past that 11 stone barrier!

    Weigh-in day yet again, and I've stayed the same but that might have something to do with that annoying TOTM.
    Hopefully I'll see a good loss next week!

    My weigh-in after two weeks: I've lost 5lbs, yay!
