Mirror's Weekly Weigh-In!

Urgh, put on 2lbs this weigh-in and I'm really not sure why.
Been eating well and exercising 5 days a week.
Really disheartened :(

EDIT - Ah, found out the problem. TOTM, haha. Hopefully should be back on track next weigh-in.

Uh, decided not to weigh in today. Just had a big party yesterday and ate a little more than I should have. I'll have to work it off all next week!
Well after a long delay, I'm back on track.
Instead of losing weight, my body decided to lose fat instead.
Taking me from 36% to 31% in the last couple of weeks.
But now that's all stopped and I'm back to losing more weight again.
Last weeks weigh in, and I lost 2lbs!

Finally past that 11 stone barrier!
Weigh-in day yet again, and I've stayed the same but that might have something to do with that annoying TOTM.
Hopefully I'll see a good loss next week!
