Right... back to slimming world for 4 weeks and lost a puny 3.5lb. Not one day have I been 100% and I don't think I eat enough of the right stuff so I think a food diary is in order.

I'd be super grateful if anyone can point me in a better direction or tell me where I can improve. I only have 45lbs to go having lost 81lbs so far but I've got complacent.

Morning Miss C popping in as looks like you are a restarter like me. I began again on Sunday.

I know only 1 day of food noted but I would say you need more fruit/veg through the day. Meant to be 1/3 super free with each meal unless having a HE for some reason! Also drink more fluids.

I am in no way an expert and I have been doing this on & off for the past 1.5yrs and often don't take my own advice especially at winds but when I do it right I do lose, slowly but I lose!!!

Also 81lbs lost already is an amazing achievement so u must be doing something right! Ur body may jst need a change in foods, swap things around a little.

Syn free cheese - total 0%, 1/2 tsp salt per 500g yoghurt.... add whatever herbs and spices you like.

wrap in a muslin (I used tights!) and put in a sieve over a bowl... plate on top, weigh down with some beans etc... leave for 12 hours. It's like boursin.

I've had just under 10 syns a day apart from today as I've had a bottle of cider. (not added that yet! Not sure of the syns!)
