Right... back to slimming world for 4 weeks and lost a puny 3.5lb. Not one day have I been 100% and I don't think I eat enough of the right stuff so I think a food diary is in order.
I'd be super grateful if anyone can point me in a better direction or tell me where I can improve. I only have 45lbs to go having lost 81lbs so far but I've got complacent.
