Thursday 28/02/13 extra easy!!

Breakfast: 35g coco shreddies (hex-b) + 100ml semi skim milk (hex-a) and a coffee (hex-a)

Lunch: ham salad with balsamic glaze (2)

Dinner: tuna mayo pasta with cucumber and red onion made with extra lite mayo (3)

Snacks: can diet red bull, ww vanilla yoghurt, 2 hard boiled eggs, coffee (hex-a), 2 finger kit kat (5), baked beans, cup black tea!!

Syns: balsamic glaze (2), extra light mayo (3), walkers baked (5), 2 finger kit kat (5) = 15 syns!!

Hex-a: 250 mls semi-skimmed milk
Hex-b: 35g coco shreddies

I think you will get it hun!! Esp since you worked really hard last week n it didnt ahow on the scales!! Drink loadsa water n up the superfree!! Thats my goal for the week!! Oh yeah and no wine lol!! Xx
