Hex a: 60g kerry low low black pepper!!
Hex b: 2 marks and Spencer mini wholemeal subs!!!

Exercise: body attack class and a dog walk!!

Mornin all.... hope you are all well... here is last nights dinner...was too tired afterwards to even log on and post the pic lol...

Decided on chicken..mushroom and onion curry made with mayflower curry sauce and egg fried rice!!
Was really yummy...!!!

I went for a sunbed last night after my body attack class and omg im burnt stupid.... not really a fan of sunbeds but fancied building up a wee tan for my holidays.. only went on for 10 mins and major ouch... I have a burn'y bum lol xxx
