God I just had a bit of a munchie binge... dont know where it came from... was puttin a plate of biscuits and cakes out for my dad with his coffee and I couldn't bloody stop... think I just consumed bout 35 syns.... I wasnt even considering any till I seen them.... its my friends fault for givin me homemade mars bar crispy cake for stef and the boys lol... it was too nice to resist...
Thank god its early in the week and I still have loadsa syns left... will be countin weekly syns now and no more treats for me this week.... xx

ive just realised im havin to take an unexpected early break in my pill cycle as doh I forget to re-order.... n I need to get me blood pressure checked before they give me it again, so I need to make an appointment... maybe thats where it came from.... or am I just makin excuses lol xx

Went to a legs bums and tums class this morn and bloody detested it... it was evil and sore lol...wheneva the instructor wasnt looking I just done nothing lol... will stick to body attack and body pump (my fave)... gonna try body combat and metafit next week...wonder how I will survive those lol...
