Hey guys, newbie here! Iv been living in Germany as part of my year abroad from uni. I only work 12 hours a week so a lot of the time during the day I'm in my empty apartment bored and pretty lonely from being far from everyone I know. As a result I have been eating sweets that my brother sends me from the uk (I'm from Ireland) and as a result I have inevitably gained weight! Iv been exercising a lot more but eating more :( I bloat after almost everything I eat too :( just here for some motivation n tips!

I'm a newbie too (also from Ireland) :) When I lived in the UK I used to get people to bring or send me Tayto cheese and onion crisps and Cadburys Dairy Milk.... Didn't do my weight much good either! I've just started the Dukan diet, now day 3 and coping. Hope you get the support you need from the forums. Good luck!
