Ended up that way. It was my first day back in track after nearly 2 weeks of eating out, drinking, bbq's and ice cream. It didn't go well.

Don't you like vegetables? That's why I don't do EE very often, the 1/3 superfree is too complicated! You could try some red days and some green days, mix it up a bit, that way you get extra healthy extras.
