I'm a new member and have decided to keep track of my progress on this forum. I find it much more motivation to stick my plan if I have to share it with you all
A little bit about me - I'm 24 years old and currently weigh 186lbs. I would love to get down to 145lbs in time for my 25th birthday in November. I'm very much an emotional eater and am trying to deal with the issues that stand in my way of success!
I have tried all sorts of 'quick fix' diets in the past without much luck, so have decided that it has to be good old hard work to get me to my goal.
My new lifestyle change (I hate the word diet) will involve keeping to around 1200-1300 calories per day and working out for one hour at least 4 days per week.
As I mentioned earlier, the idea of having to share my progress up/downs with you all should hopefully motivate me to keep on track. I appreciate any comments, advice or any stories that you want to share with me
