missed tablet by accident

Hi,

i missed a tablet by accident at lunch time which was my highest fat content meal!

can i take it now? it sbeen over two hours since i ate!.... if i have some snacka jacks can i have tablet with them?

Sona.... you are supposed to take the tablet within an hour of eating your meal. I wouldn't worry about it i have forgotten to take mine on occasion and i am still losing weight.
