Missing Shakes

Does anyone else do this? Most days I only have 2 shakes because I am not hungry I forget and then don't want to take 2 at once. I've only been doing LT for 2 weeks, this is week 3 and I'm wondering if this is dangerous - I have been taking a multivit every day to compensate for the missing shake?

Try and make sure you take all 3 shakes hun, they're nutritionally balanced to ensure you get what you need on a daily basis as you're not eating... You're only getting approx 500kcals from the 3 shakes you have anyway - which as Im sure you know is minimal. I missed on by accident on Friday of last week and I ended up feeling proper poop but, Im not sure if that was because I missed a shake or because I had the start of a cold..
Ask your pharmacist for advice on it xx

I think its important you have all 3... You can have too many of some vits and taking a multivit and 2 shakes may mean you somehow manage to do that!!!

Have your 3 shakes and no multivit and you will have anything you need....

I'm finding it hard to remember to have all 3 as I'm not hungry at all and the novelty of drinking water is still fresh for me, being as I'm still in week 1. I have started setting an alarm to remind me to make a shake, crazy but it seems to work for me

my best friend lost 13 stone last year on lipotrim.....she was doing it at the hospital...they told her there that if she did not drink the 3 every day then her nails and hair will fall out.....at the hospital they are more likely to tell you the consciences than the chemist. if you dont have your 3 a day you surly are doing your body damage. i hope you are having your 3 a day now.xxx.

Reading through advice here about using the three shakes in the past really helped me because I too was sometimes missing some out. Also having the shakes at the same time roughly each day helped my weight loss. Maybe try the bar for one of the meals if you don't feel you need three shakes they are less filling.
