Mission Possible

We are so alike, I love looking at recipes too! I'm obsessed with food at the best of times but now that I can't have any, my obsession has grown. In a strange way I feel satisfied after watching something like Man vs Food though, maybe because I've had a meal with my eyes!

Just back from the pharmacy and I've lost 7lb according to their scales! The pharmacist was so encouraging and is even on Lipotrim maintenance himself. Told him I want to get to a healthy BMI which his computer calculates as 10st 10lb. I'm aiming for 10st 7lb though. So impatient to get there though, I hope the weight continues to come off quickly.

Ooh, I hope so! Or Skinny McTrimmerson!! Off to a kickboxing class tonight for the first time, excited and nervous (worried i'll be the fattest there!). Hope skating went well?!

End of Day 7. Just watching some food porn before bed!

Loved Kickboxing! A really good workout and it's was great to have someone pushing me. I think I tend to just plod along when I'm working out alone. Going back on Weds night with a friend and already looking forward to it. I just hope that exercise doesn't affect my weight loss by causing me to gain muscle...

I realised how relaxed I was with exercise until I got some personal training. Eek!

Good tip about the stretching. That happened with me and I didn't realise it until I had happily walked up the stairs, grabbed my purse to go out, and then couldn't walk back down the stairs again. Pain!

But muscle will up your metabolism, thus you'll burn more calories and fat 24/7. RawrGirl suggests taking your measurements if you haven't recently. After all, smaller measurements are the ultimate goal...regardless of what the scale says. :D

Have been taking my waist and hip measurements from the beginning but might start doing my thighs (if the tape fits around those monsters!) and arms too, just as an extra weekly boost! Thanks!

Day 8. My little lady treated me to a rare lie in so in feeling bright and breezy and full of optimism.

Weighed myself this morning (after some much needed "toilet action" last night, TMI, sorry!) and I'm down another pound. I'm sure kickboxing helped too. Yippee! Nice to be in the "11's" for the first time in a long time. I can't wait for the "10's" and the maybe i'll get to 9st13lb just so I can weigh "9 stone something"!!

So, weather not great again today and I'm constantly thinking about food. Boo! Although in a strange way I'm glad I'm on 100% TFR because I know that if I was on WW or calorie counting, I would've completely caved today and made a pig of myself.

Just hoping that by the time I'm ready to move to refeed and maintenance that my food addiction has been curbed somewhat. Once I lose this weight I really don't want to go back. And I certainly never want to have to do Lipotrim again, yuck!

On a side note, hubby commented that my boobs are shrinking. And he's right! They shrunk the last time I lost weight too. Dammit!

Brr, bloody cold today. Autumn has arrived with a bang and I'm pretty sure ketosis isn't helping. It's helping the weightloss though, hee hee! Just treated myself to a long hot bath and I'm snuggled up in my comfiest pj's and ridiculously fluffy dressing gown. I'm a huge tea lover, I mean huge! But it has to be with a drop of milk, so not allowed on this diet. Miss it like crazy but decided to give black tea a whirl tonight for a change from peppermint. You know what? It's not that bad! Something different anyway.

Have you tried decaf tea? That's what I drink at home all the time as any caffeine after lunch time keeps me awake! Once you buy good quality (not Aldi-yuck!!) you can't taste the difference! I serve it to visitors all the time and they haven't a clue!
