i actually got asked that question today....a 'select' few friends know about our comp (they would think im mad with my friends in the computer ) and they said....so how do you know if they are telling the truth!

i said, i dont know really, its all down to trust, you only cheat yourself if you cheat at this sort of thing so it helps no one!
