Can I have some advice please on this mix a mouse stuff....

Is it really nice?

Does it work?

How do you use it?

How much is it roughly?

I normally just mix a pack up with a little bit less water so it is a thick paste and eat it as a mouse. Will the mix a mouse actaully make it mouse like though?!? :D Sorry a bit weird I know but Im curious!

It makes it taste like Angel Delight and is that consistency.

£3 a tub and makes 10 mousses.

Yes it works.

150ml of stone cold water, whizz up the pack with the MAM and then put back in the freezer for 10 minutes to set and yummmmmmmmmmy! Stick blenders are best

I have only tried this once and something didnt quite go right ......it was too runny...lol. So have just put some water oin the freezer to try again ...must remember its in there lol

Always chill the water in the freezer first until it is absolutely stone cold but not crystalised.

Then put the pack on the top of the water and a scoop of the MAM

Use a stick blender for 20 seconds, then scrape the end of the blender and another 20 seconds.

Drop it back into the freezer and check after 10 minutes.

It should set hard i.e. not be like runny custard, if it is still runny put it back for a few more minutes.

Enjoy!

Its so delightful!!!!!!!!!!!

Strawberry is yummy!

And you can use it with waterflavourings to make jelly.

Clear jelly with a white frothy top mind you but jelly all the same!

:giggle::giggle::giggle:

strawberry flavoured? maybe you could make a lolipop by freezing it and holding the tail as the stick :giggle:

all I could think of was an old clip that was circling the 'net a few years ago of a (animated I hasten to add!!) frog in a blender.... :D poor critter... it got creamed!:giggle:

Oh my god, i have a mousse every day.. and have done for the past 14 weeks..
we all seem to make them different tho, i do mine this way..

200 mls of water in a tuppaware container.. pop in the freezer,
i normally leave for about 2hrs, i use a normal blender (dont have any other)
put the contents of your fave flavour pack on top of the water, use a level scoop of MAM, and sprinkle on top, of the water and pack..
Now i think this is the key to getting it light and fluffy, blend for at least 2 mins on high..
then i place in the fridge, not back in the freezer..
sometimes the freezer can make it taste 'frosty' and i dont like that..

however i make mine each morning at 7am, best left for a while..

hope you give it a go,
