Mix and Match query?

Hey everyone,

Quick question, I am today following mix and match (purely because I want 2 x A/B)!!!!

I just need some advise - if I have pasta for dinner, can I have cheese sprinkled on top as HEXB or do I need to syn this?

I think you are referring to Mix2Max which was an old SW plan. I don't think they advertise it anymore since they launched EE! From what I remember you chose red
OR green at each meal and could only snack on superfree(which then where any foods that were free on both-rather than just fruit and veg) if you syn something you may chose the higher value and you had 2 of each A and B. I don't remember you being restricted on which HEs you could use. Maybe if you search on this forum for Mix2Max you might find more.

I've just done a search and it is as I said in the previous post! There are also a lot of people out there who still use it occasionally-so it must be ok.

I did mean Mix2Max too! LOL. x
