Hi
I am back on cd now day 5.
To cut a long story short I have aprox one months worth of packs so I am not visiting my cdc antill these have finished.
Infact I am considering jumping to exante once they have finished simply because f the price difference! I only plan to do the vlcd for 2 months maybe three max!
So I was wondering what people thought of that, and secondly the bars………… I used to quite like the cd bars but have none left now. A frwind of mine has just started atkins and has these atkins bars, whixh are meant to be low carb etc too, I was wondering if they would be a sufficient substitute they apparently have around 21 carbs each I don’t have a cd bar to compare but have read cd bars have around 23 so kinda makes sense not sure about the fat and kal content thoug.
Has anybody done this before
I know its not ideal I am being monitored by my gp but financially things are tight but I am so determined to shift these last few stone quickly
