Mixing HExs?

Hi Guys

I've only been following SW since Tuesday and have been loving the plan so far. However I do seem to have a bit of trouble with my HEx A choice. I have been having 1% milk as I like it in my coffee, but as I only have very little I am not having anywhere near the full amount. Is it ok to make the rest up with cheese.

For example 1/2 the amount of milk and 1/2 the amount of cheese to make up to 1 HEx?

Can someone please clear this up for me?
