mixing shakes question

Hi, so I used a shaker and got lumps. Then I switched to a blender and now have bubbles, lots of them...which leads to a very bloated feeling and flatulence. Any advice on how to reduce the bubbles in a blender? I am using a cheap blender which has two speeds. My shakes consist of F-1, protein powder, small banana, blueberries and almond milk. Thanks!
 
I think it might be the extra portion powder making lumpy. I don't use the protein powder and I have a protein snack inbetween my shakes
 
i use a spoon to stir mine in when i use the shaker at work, better than me shaking it as i get funny looks in the canteen..... no one notices if i dont shake it!
 
ive tried it with water, I found it foul :(
 
Lol ill pass then, I'm using unsweetened soya milk and that's bad enuff, taste like...clay :s ill get use to it though x
 
im only using semi skimmed milk
 
I use Oatly milk as I'm intolerant to dairy and the bit of flavour in the milk works well with the shake
