Mixing SS and SS+

Hey all
Do you just have to stick to ether SS or SS+?! Or can you switch it up?! Only because I'm starting to feel isolated from my partner and child when there's an opitunity to eat together and I'm sat separate.
Would be nice to eat something with the family now and again.
But I don't wanna do it everyday as I just don't have time so SS suits me better other days.
Also I don't see smoked haddock or salmon on the allowed protein?! Anyone know if we can or can't have these fish?!
Thanks

I do SS and SS+ every 2 days and it works for me like when i feel like eating especially on Sunday when i cook roast i know i can have 170g of chicken and 80g of veg, so u can do it hun

Thanks Thai,
I did ask my CDC and he said no just stick to SS so I lose weight quicker and then so ss+ after 12 week

My Consultant let me have SS+ after 2 weeks of having SS cos i was missing food and by end of week 4 i lost 18.5lbs

Wow well done , you have to be proud of yourself

When I did CD successfully a couple of years ago, I did SS weekdays and SS+ weekends. It worked a treat, pretty much averaging a stone a month. I don't think the weight loss is different to SS, and it kept me sane.

I agree with the above post. I SS+ but that's to have milk in my tea. And my CDC was lovely about it she said you won't even notice a difference in losses maybe 1lbs over 6 weeks but that's nothing on a weekly basis. Definitely go with what suits you. If you do what other people say suddenly your not doing the diet for yourself anymore and personally that's when I fail
