Had this for tea was really yummy and easy ,used dried herbs and spices rather than the fresh in the recipe to cut costs but it still tasted really nice
Beef stock cube with 7 fl oz water ,add diced onions cook for 15 mins ,add cumin ,ginger,curry powder,bbq seasoning(optional) and the extra lean beef mince,brown for 5 mins,add 1/2" cubed carrots and 2 tins of tomatoes ,simmer for 1hr add coriander ,frozen peppers and sugar snap peas and cook for 10 more mins.
