mmmm indian!!

my hubby has been a bit crap this week, (his words) takin me 4 granted a bit and a few other things so hes taking me out for an indian tonight to spend some time together, hes been working loads so have hardly seen him!! im really looking forward to it. think i will have boiled rice with dry chicken tikka, so EE day today, how many syns dya reakon the tikka is?

I wouldn't think it's that many. Maybe a few for oil and yogurt if they use that to marinate.
