Hiya Sexy Peeps, :D

I am on CD & have lost 29lb so far, I am wanting to lose another stone before my Holiday on 11th Oct, Well Ideally 18lb If I can but a stone will be fine, So I have 5 more Weigh In's to go (on a tues)

My question is when would you start eating & what plans before my holiday arrives, I am giving CD now 100% so fingers crossed I will get a couple of good Losses in!!

What you think as I dont wanna go away, start eating and just pile the weight back on??? :confused:

Are you planning on following CD at all while on holiday? or taking a complete break? If you are taking a complete break you really need to start working up the plans, but I don't know how long before you go away you should do this...

Hopefully a CDC will come along and help you out soon

Hun i would just ss Or ss+ (which ever plan your doing) untill the day you go away! Then get back on it (if you wish) when you get back.. :) xx

Hi - I got back from a 6 day holiday and put 3 pounds on. I think some of that was because my legs and feet swelled up on the flight back. On the flight out to Spain I had a Cranberry bar instead of the full english offered.
I have lost those 3 pounds in 3 days back on ss. While away I ate protein and low carb salads & veg. The only really naughty stuff was alcohol. I had JD & Coke mostly but I did drink a few glasses of wine.
I really enjoyed my few days off but was quite happy to ge back onto ss and have done that without any problems.
Enjoy your holiday and just get right on back to the CD.

Hey hun!

I did the same thing when i went on holiday to India. It depends what you want to do whilst you are away but you are best to do a week on each plan, so if you wanted to do something like the 1200 plan you'd need to get a week of 810 and a week of 1000 in before you go. I worked all the way back up to 1500 for my holiday and managed to lose 5lbs whilst away so would recommend that approach rather than SSing right up until the day you leave, just my personal views though xx

I have only got 5 weeks really & plan on just eating normal while away, although I have been told that its mainly Junk food in Florida so will have to hunt for somewhere that does decent salads.

Been on some forums & many people LOST weight while in Florida as all you do is walk, HOW FAB WOULD THAT BE..
