Feeling very positive this morning!

I've just had a very virtuous breakfast of fruit (grapes, pineapple, banana) and cornflakes. feel nicely full and not stodged up. Lunch is a bulgar wheat salad with ham followed by a ww bar. Tea is chicken with roasted new potatoes and salad.

I'm also giving myself a personal water drinking challenge as that's something I'm not good at. Got a bottle to have on the school run, then I'll take a bottle with me out shopping this morning, then another for the school run this afternoon. So that'll be 1.5ltrs without counting cups of tea and diet coke, which I'm told do count towards your fluid intake despite what people say.

Great plan with the water - I got a bit bottle and I fill it every morning and when its gone I know im ok :) x
