hi ive done slimming world last year and lost 2 stone but me being me ive eaten so much crap since i left in october ive put 1 and a half on again, i need some online friends to give me motivation to get there again please and beyond!

Hey Applejack it's like I'm reading about myself, lol!!! I lost 2and a half stone on SW and have also put a stone and a half back on and I'm also a veggie so only do the green days!
I've just officially started today, but not going to group, doing it on my own this time. So my first weigh in will be next Mon morn. So I'd love to join your Monday morning at home weigh in.

Snap! I lost just under 2 stone in August last year. I put half a stone back on just before my wedding in October however i still felt good and since then i have put the other 1 and a half stone back on plus a few extra pounds which pushed me up to the 12 stone marker :sign0007:

hi, ive got to get a grip for the rest of the week as ive had my monthly craving for chocolate!! but ive been very active walking for hours with the hound and next week i hope to start bike riding !

Hi, can I join this monday morning weigh in aswell, please. I've done slimming world in the past, and have started again today (although it is Saturday) but going to make Monday, my weigh in day.
As I said, i started today, weighed in at 11st 13lb and first goal is to get to 11st.
I'm doing this on my own, from old books, as I can't get to a meeting, as I now live in Australia. Will be doing both red and green days.

im hoping you lot done better than me! i lost the plot completly at the end of the week (damn hormones!) only 1/2 off for me ! :( hoping the weather will cheer up and i can take the cobwebs off my push bike! goodluck peeps!

I've lost 2lb, but had a bit of a choc fest yesterday. I really need to be more disciplined, hahaha!!

this weeks been a waste of time ive gained 2.1/2 pounds , not exercised not eaten much either! but dr put me on steriods for a severe chest infection so im bulked out on them :( , good news is my bikes been repaired and the weather is improving so hope to be fit enough to go out soon! also hubby has promised to start jogging and swimming with me which is a first!
ive also had a change in diet this week as ive decided to go vegan due to seeing my daughter vomit up homemade cheese from a glass of milk! puts shivers down my spine! never touching milk producs again, im a bit lost as to what to eat as so many products have hidden egg and lactose ect.

it seems we have lost a few peeps to this weigh in! but gained others! hi mrs tush2b and yes im starting a fresh this week, and ive stcked up on lots of grazing fruit and veg just got to remind myself to eat it! lol

Sorry I'm a few days late, was away working mon and tues and hubby took the laptop to work yesterday! I've stayed the same this week, but think it's down to having too many healthy 'b's PLUS my syns :S!!! Doh! So going to try and stick to it religiously this week!

I'm a Monday morning at home WI and have had my first weigh in this morning after starting last week...

1.6 kilos or 3.5lb YAY so happy :D as I am enjoying eating this way

(successfully low carbed a few years ago but missed fruit and marmite on toast terribly, and now I can have them if I choose to....)

Im new to this forum,i would love to join you weekly weigh in.I did slimming world last year an lost a stone but stopped going and have since put on a stone and a half!

I have decided to do it at home as i have 3 kids under two and theres not one that near to me anymore as ive moved!I weighed myself on the scales at the doctors the other day and i was a shameful 15 stone!:sigh:

Im determined to stick to it this time,sw is the only plan thats ever worked for me and that ive ever found easy to do,i think last time i just got a bit complacent about syns and writing everything down,this time im going to do it properly.:)

Hi polkadot, welcome, of course you can join! We are in the same boat that we have done it before, so we know we can do it again!
We're all here to support each other. I can't make a group now, but find the support on this forum amazing, plus saving £5 a week!!
I've decided to start a food diary on here as I was the same not writing it down and having too many syns and healthy 'b's!

Just started SW EE plan yesterday...not going to meetings just doing it with a friend at work. Really enjoying it so far, using the slimmingeats website for recipes which is brilliant!! I weighed in at 10 stone yesterday so we will see what happens on my first week. I am also going to the gym three times a week so heres hoping I get a good first week loss to spur me on!! Not really hungry at all at the moment which is brilliant..who knew you could diet and still feel brilliant!!!!!

Good luck to everyone, hope I can find some new pals on here to help me out when I need it....this site helps me out with everything..I would love it if there was a complete syn list for everything on the mcdonalds menu but I'll ask someone in the syn section :eek:) I'm a sucker for some mcd's!!
