    At least you DO get back on it on a Monday, pre SW days the weekend went on from Thursday to Tuesday!! :)

    I had a bad Saturday too :( ..........

    .......Chicken Royale burger at BK, then sausage a mash, then we went out drinking (way to much, i was mashed) then because I was so drunk I ordered a hawiian pizza. Bristol rocks!

    Back on plan again today though, hope this doesnt affect weigh in!
