Monday weigh in - a bit late

Weigh in this morning lost 4lb- if I lose another 4lb sorry no, when I lose another 4lb that will be 2 stone gone - another 28 to go or so it feels like - soul destroying at the moment cos I am so big that no one notices but it will happen and then I will be chuffed to bits!!!

Hope everyone else is doing well and behaving themselves.

your doing amazingly dont worry about how much you have to go as it can seem very daunting and like a long journey. just take it little goals at a time.

no ones really noticing my weight loss either bf is useless and says yes you have lost a stone, so i said thats a fact not a compliement lol.

I am like you I have so much to lose. and I have lost 3 stone and nobody has noticed, but I know in the long run, it will all be ok. however it will be interesting to see how much I will have had to lose before anyone notices.

I love this forum, cos when I feel the need (not need !!) urge to eat I come on here and look at all the messages - how uplifting is that to know that we are not on our own.
