My kids love it when I get stickers they are only little and they always ask me if I've got a new sticker.......

That's so cute! I'm 21 but love the stickers! Was so pleased my first one was pink! 6lbs off my blue!! :) xx

Thanks, I may have to take you up on that! I think this week it was the post-dinner drink that was my downfall, when I'm away it tends to be compulsory to socialise...

If I have to I order side salads for my meal or ask for plain meat with a jacket potato and Salad.

They'll do it for you and send it back if it's not right.

I'm away in London tonight and I get a syn free meal from the supermarket and take it back to the hotel. I also book the room without breakfast and have something from the supermarket on my way in

Takes planning but as I'm down here almost every week I can't afford to break my syns !!!!

Fab ideas - thanks! Lunch is never an issue (salad or jacket potato) but dinner's so difficult as they put sauces on everything! I'll have to use your 'create-my-own' approach from now on :)
 
-1lb for me this week :)

EDIT: think its cos i ate a lot of fresh pasta thinking it was free on green, oops. Ah well here's to a better week for all of us :)
 
well after a completely indulgent hen weekend in Leeds the scales were actually not too bad to me this morning -+2lb gain. I didn't stop eating (badly!) until midnight last night so fingers crossed some of this gain will be fake! I can but dream…….:D
 
Wow! Some amazing losses this week. Well done all.

I gained 1lb but was on annual leave so had lots of meals out. It's back to basics for me this week - daily syns not weekly, lots of superfree food and lots of water.

Good luck for next week everyone.
 
2lbs for me too although don't know how because it's not been a good week for SW as my head hasn't been in the right place so I will probably have a gain and some next week!!
 
Yay lost 1.5lbs this week after what I thought was a not so good week but I'm super pleased xxx
