Totally shocked with a 0.5lb loss this week!
I really thought I'd gained after eating the following -
3 packs of crisps, a ripple, a lion bar, a fudge bar, a milky way, peanut m&ms, a greggs sausage roll, a bake well tart, a buttercream iced cupcake, 2 crusty rolls with 2 sausages and 2 rashers bacon in each and 1 1/2 flakes all since Thursday!
I'm back on track today and after my usual Monday night treat meal, Chicken & Chorizo in peppercorn sauce, I shall be being 100% until next WI.
Total loss to date 15.5lbs since 1st July, 24.8cm over entire body. Still a long way to go but feeling very happy
