Hi guys n gals,

I re-joined SW after a few years away. Am two weeks in with third weigh in tomorrow. I've lost 8lb so far. 4lb on both weeks. Hoping to do well this week too ... :cross:

Have wi at 5.30 but its * week does anyino think it will do good to drink pure water before then to try and help x
