Very true bloodcoveredprincess. Plus we're going self catering so I plan to prepare my own meals during the day and choose wisely when eating out on the evenings x

Oh there's nothing worse for ur weight loss but then u can catch up next week!

Second weigh in for me tomorrow....feeling good about is as we've had a great week food wise. Fingers crossed for all the Monday weighers!

-6 for me tonight ......yey it's on,y my second week, and as I only lost -1.5 in. Y first week. I was expecting a big one this week! OH lost 0.5 which puts him at 9.5 in 2 weeks, so we are both delighted really!
