My weight loss stood still for a few weeks as I already exercise a lot...... I had to challenge the body.......so incorporated 30 minutes of jogging on the treadmill before going to my fitness class. This resulted in a 5.5lb weight loss whoop!!!
hi everyone 2lb off for me this week again thats 13lb in 3 weeks im well happy as i havent been able to exercise yet i have a poorly foot. Good luck to everyone whos weighing in today hope u all have fab loses....
