Mondays Food Diary! Suggestions Please!

So Mondays are always interesting, it's back to work and my brain is screaming chocolate but then again I usually treat myself on a Sunday so it's quite easy to keep on track.

Today I tried out a new muesli from ALDI, Harvester Muesli and it was lussssh!

Here's the diary for the day though! Tips and Suggestions welcome :)


Breakfast (10.30am): Muesli, Fat Free Greek Yogurt & Fruit with a green tea

Snack (Mid-day): Ryvita Minis (multipack)

Lunch (2pm): Half of my tuna, egg and quark SW quiche & skinny cappuccino

Snack: (5.15pm) Greek Fat Free Yog, SW light cereal bar & Satsuma

Tea: (7.30pm) Other half of SW quiche & salad & cup of tea



As I said I am always looking for new ideas so plssss comment your suggestions :)
