Morning all, it's blowing a hoolie in London today!! but trains were still on time! :sigh: LOL

Red day today

B: Skinny sf vanilla latte HEA, ham, ryvita HE B, and lc lite
L: Roast chicken, salad, extra lite mayo 1.5 syn, gherkin
D: Baked seabass in lemon and thyme, steamed tenderstem broccoli, roasted bns with 1 tsp olive oil HE B

S: mullerlight, banana, apples
E: none today
W: 2 litres

I'm not feeling 100% with it today...

B: Cereal and Milk (1A and 1B)
L: Pasta N Sauce (2 syns)
D: Jacket Potato and Baked Beans (Free)

S: Apple, single milky way (6 syns?), yogurts

PANTS!!

I put on 1lb, oops. I'm not upset though as I am slap bang in the middle of "star week", I feel really bloaty and horrible, so next week should see a lovely drop (aslong as I win the battle with chinese take away). How did you go Chick84? x
 
I stayed the same this week - slightly disappointed as I thought I'd been really good but it's given me the determination to lose next week!
Was TOTM end of last week so I'm blaming it on that too :D hehehe
 
You might be retaining water still as well, I am sure you will lose next WI!!
