Morning all, where the heck did the weekend go!

B: skinny sf vanilla latte HE A, porridge HE B, banana

L: Roast salmon salad, new pots HE B

D: Quorn nuggets 2.5 syns, sweet potato chips, steamed broccoli

S: pear, nectarine
E: 30 min run, 15 walk
W: 3 litres

Morning

Breakfast Nimble toast with laughing cow spread.

Lunch Rivitas with laughing cow spread, or I may have sandwhich with spread and salad and a Muller Light.

Dinner A baked potato with cheese and beans
 
Actually I've scrapped that lunch. Instead I am having cous cous with courgette, mixed peppers, mushrooms and aubergines. Add some garlic and lemon juice and voila yummy :D

Is it ok to have so many carbs in one day?:confused:
 
breakfast: fruit and yoghurt lunch : ham pizza ommelate and herb salad dinner: cajun turkey and roasted veg supper: tuna cheese on toast
 
I'm trying to get the hang of red days - so any comments welcome -

Breakfast - 3 rashers bacon (fat removed), mushrooms and a dry fried egg. I small slice wm bread (half a hexb)

Lunch - Salad with tin of tuna in spring water. 3 ryvita crispbreads with one triangle of LF Laughing cow (half a hexb). FF Fromage Frais.

Snack - Packet of Quavers (syns)

Tea - Pork Chop (will cut off fat), new potatoes, roasted butternut squash and brocolli. Want to have some gravy so must look up syns. Strawberrys.

Water - 2 litres (must do better)
