Today i decided to test my Butchery skills ( vegetarian remember - but hubby not! )
Instead of buying chicken breasts i thought i'd buy a whole chicken for only a little bit more money and cut it up my self.

I am so pleased with how i managed to cut it up and it actually looked like 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks and 2 wings!
Used You Tube videos to assist my cutting up..lol
Were having SW KFC and there is now enough cut up for tonights and portions for the meal again to be frozen
AND the carcass is now in the pot to make stock or soup out of...

    Bargin!

Well done Honey for touching the chicken - I'm a committed carnivore and really don't like cutting raw chicken!

Recipes for your Abel and Cole produce

how to get four meals for two and stock from one bird (posh organic or not..) the recipes they give are SW-able if you frylight instead of oil.
