So im making that leap over to weight watchers after a gain of 21lbs
and i just cant get back on that slimming world wagon..
I dont have my weight watchers books yet so im using the divide by 40 rule until they come.
doing 29 points as im not sure what i should be on
Going to weight in on a saturday every week as then i can use my weeklies and work them off all week x

pasta (4)
coleslaw (3)
lemon pepper chicken (1)
can of lilt (3)
diet coke (0)
City Kitchen meal (unsure which one)(13)

all daylies used and 14 weeklys used
