monthly weigh in i think

i started the slimming world diet on the 1st but i don't go to the classes, doing it alone.
i did sw briefly in july last year but personal problems stopped me going.
i had lost 2 stone at ww previous to that but i've now put it all back on.

i get a bit obsessed with the scales so decided this time to get weighed once a month but i needed to check that i was doing the diet ok because i feel like i've been eating like a pig, so i weighed myself and i was shocked scale says i've lost

7lbs in 5 days :eek:
i'd hoped to lose 7lbs in the month so anything now is a bonus :)
