Monthly weigh ins??

    Having got annoyed that my weight didn't change while on my 2nd week of induction (I'm hoping due to totm) I asked my hubby to hide the scales. Its been fab not jumping on the scales every day so I'm thinking I'm going to weigh in monthly!

    What do you guys think to this idea?

    I know I get annoyed & lose focus if the scales don't move.
    I should see a loss everytime I step on the scales.

    The only problem I can think of is that I won't know if introducing flax seed or something like that would cause me to stall by weighing in once a month?

    I'm planning on staying on induction for a while as I'm not bored yet.

    Well done, i`m always hopping on scales & i hate it, i get really paniky when it goes up a bit(mostly due to drinking water).
    I`m really trying to not get on them for a week, i`d never be able to cope with a might be harder to stay on track if your not seeing weekly loses, but as you wern`t anyway, good luck with it.
    Just think of the big loss you`ll have a 1 time.....
