Homemade roasted veg cous cous with spinach, watercress & rocket salad
Activia fat free yoghurt
Dinner
Salmon fillet
baby sweetcorn
mashed cauliflower
broccolli
Snacks
2 x Pink Lady Apples
Some grapes
Homemade easter nest cake (guessing at 6 syns)

Manic day at work today, not got the energy to sit down let alone go to the gym - have got a big conference this week, so won't be going to the gym until at least Thursday!!
Thoughts for today...
Weigh in this morning and stayed the same :sigh: - really upset actually as I thought I would have lost a bit at least! Trying not to let it get me down, will plod on this week and see how it affects next week's weigh in!!
