Thoughts for today...
Had a fantastic night last night, really pleased I was able to stay on track (I even sent back a jacket potato as it had a sauce on it). Feel completely knackered today though, so early night for me.

Have been toying with the idea of trying a few Red days during the week, just to shake things up a bit (really like the idea of having 2 HEB's every day) - think I've had one today (not completely comfortable that I'm doing it right), but going to have a look through my books again and make a decision from there

oh really, bummer - I will have to syn that then, thanks for letting me know though!:thankyou:

Had a casserole pack which had carrots, suede, leeks, onions (think that was all) so apart from sweetcorn I think I've been okay today, I only had a wee bit of sweetcorn with my tea, so hopefully the syns won't be too bad!

Appreciate you checking it out though - thanks!

I have been doing EE, but it occurred to me that I tend not to eat that many carbs so thought that Red days would suit me better a couple of days a week - and really like the idea of extra HE's... really like my cereal and cereal bars etc.

Will be giving them a go for the next couple of days and see how it affects my losses.

Have you found you have lost consistently mixing the days during the week?

I will be quite happy with small losses actually, at first it's how much can you lose in a week, but now realise that a loss is a loss, and that's what it's all about.

It's amazing how obsessed you can become with every little bite that you take, but I suppose that's what the journey is all about!

Good luck for the WI tomorrow, let me know how you got on!

Thoughts for today...
Has been a good day today, getting used to these Red days, think they might be the way forward for me... fingers crossed it shows on the scales on Monday, but I definitely feel "lighter" but that doesn't always translate does it! Think I might have a couple of EE days over the weekend though, they are much easier when you are feeding the family all at the same time!

Had a good busy day at work today, so not had much time to think about food today (which isn't a bad thing...)

I haven't updated for about a week, been busy - was really pleased with a 3lb loss this week, so definitely trying more Red days again this week to see if it has the same effect!
