I've got this 13 miles moonwalk coming up in mid May and I'm not really sure what I should do about the diet and my energy levels.
I suppose the easiest thing would be to come off the diet the week running up to the walk, but I really don't want to come out of ketosis. Do you reckon that I could get enough energy out of eating chicken and veg the day of the walk to get me through it or do you think this is a daft idea and I'm going to kill myself?
It's stressing me out a bit as I don't want to stop and try and re-start. It's still 7 weeks away, so if I lose 3lbs a week between now and then I'll be about a stone away from my goal weight. Arghhhh what do I do?
