I've got this 13 miles moonwalk coming up in mid May and I'm not really sure what I should do about the diet and my energy levels.

I suppose the easiest thing would be to come off the diet the week running up to the walk, but I really don't want to come out of ketosis. Do you reckon that I could get enough energy out of eating chicken and veg the day of the walk to get me through it or do you think this is a daft idea and I'm going to kill myself?

It's stressing me out a bit as I don't want to stop and try and re-start. It's still 7 weeks away, so if I lose 3lbs a week between now and then I'll be about a stone away from my goal weight. Arghhhh what do I do?

Iam also doing a moonwalk with my friend, Iam not stopping the diet though, no way!!!! I try to walk for an hour every day so not too worried about it. Lots of people at different fitness levels do it so it wont matter if you are at the back!!!!!! good luck
