Moo's year - 24 st start and restart

Good morning good morning to all ;)
Thank you Cat, I was happy about it myself too. For some reason sometimes its so easy to stay on plan ans other times I would choose death over plan. Not sure why.
So here it goes.
Day 2

Had big breakfast salad. Fresh salad, gem, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber. Tuna. Boiled egg. Chilli beans. Gottage cheese. Coffee 1 syn. Banana.

Have with me crisp bread and soft cheese (he) and syn free yogurt. This will help me to do better choise at work.

How to do chocolate tart ?

Easy !!
Take 8 kg of dark chocolate.

Melt it down with 1 kg butter

Other pot boil 8 kg of double cream and 2 kg of sugar

Mix em together

And pour out into tart cases

Wow!!! How funny - it was a chocolate torte that took me being from 900 under to only 300 under today!!! It looked not even as delicious as yours xx

All other syns I had left I will count for licking spoon when I made chocolate tart :p

When I got home I had mug shot syn free and fruits. Felt so hungry. I need to try fixing eating at night but when I go to bed about 2 in morning and hungry at midnight I just have to have something. Mug shot is my option to go as are the fruits.

Felt hungry this morning too but waited with food and had early lunch instead of breakfast.

Cottage cheese, veggie stew with chicken. Tomatoes. Mayo 2 syn and coffee 1 syn.

We have 300 people xmas party today so not sure what will happen food wise but I will try to be good. Wi tomorrow I expect a gain. Big gain but Im totaly fine with it. After all the eating I have been doing its nothing. And lets face it. I have come so far that gain at xmas time is ok :)

Going home at march and I want to be under 100 kg by then. So I have goal. To get there. I will have two months to be as close as possible and I will do my best :)

For apple jus I jus grated apples and some apple jus. Boil em down slowly. Then I add chicken stock ( syn free ) boil it down some more. Add pepper if needed. And then for slimming world version i add quark but at that one I added double cream.
Syn comes from apple and cream.
 
Looks lush I will add it to my to try list for next week :) - the fitbit is very clever I may put it on my Santa list x x

No need Waffle. Its xmas time and I have a lot of work. Dont mean you are lazy hun.

As for me Im all over syns today. But I dont care. Will go to WI tomorrow and face my gain :)

I'm not exactly delighted with my eating behaviour today either. Sugar again.

Still well under calories but wanted more of a cushion for tomorrow. All because I was stuck in the office until flipping 7.30pm :-(
