Moo's year - 24 st start and restart

Bee did you already got your new book from sw ? I did today and find it very inspiring. So far Im only half way tro extra easy every day or something. And made myself a soup from there. Pea and beef soup. So good and so filling. ( im not going to mention that I did this soup because I had to do mashy peas for my section anyway :p )

I haven't moo I get mine Monday but - my plan of action is soups or meat and salad at lunch - filling breakfasts then variety meal in the evening so I'm not always having potato or rice In blocks - I'm going to try new things eek lol x ;)

I know some people say that meat and potatoe/ rice / pasta dont go together but I could not live like this for long. Dont care so much for chips and fries but plain boiled potatoe is defeney my happy food :)

Yes I know I like this varied food plan I am surprised every time I weigh that it has magically worked :)

I'm excited to get the new books tomorrow and my sister gifted me a easy saver card so going to load it up and use for shopping and gadgets, also clothe treats when goals are reach ee very pleased x
 
Morning my friends.
Had to stay I failed my SP plan yesterday. Because I did not look my new book and I did not know that pomegranates are not speedy. I had 2 last night when I got home as an late snack. Just love them. And they were so nice and sweet. Anyhow - I know now.

Today I made sw quich 'ish on pan. Lol. Or something.
Basicly it was tomato , turkey and spring onion omlet with cottage cheese and chedar (he). But as I was not very patient I mix it all together like scrambed eggs. Lol
Look is not the best but it dis taste very very good and filling. SP too.
2 syn for mayo and coffee.
2 hi fi bars as my first he today.

On my way to work and plan is to stay on plan :p
Will have pea soup for sure today too as I did enjoy it. And not sure what for dinner. Maybe jacket potato with something. Ah no , cant have potato at SP days. Well I will think of sonething.

Cat I had nice xmas indeed. Hubby did suprise me with gift and I did suprise hin for sure :p and 25 th at work some point it was snowing a lite. So my xmas wish was fufilled.
Not white xmas but I could see snow :)

For lunch I had stir fry with chicken and prawns.1 syn for sweet chilli sauce. 2 boiled egg.

Was it worth it ? Not sure but I wanted a scoop of ice cream. So I will say it was worth it :)

Feeling so sleepy today. And its only 6 I cannot wait another 5 h before I finish.

Stir fry looks very tasty and I wonder if the festivities are catching up with everyone as we are zonked too hehe x

Thats impossible. How could I not think about it before? Well not impossible as I did lose 40 lbs in first two months of sw but it would be very hard to achive again.

I will try my best to achive it. And I better do it or I will kick my own arse ( somehow ) :p

Thanks hun. I've done a few diets but I'm starting g back on the SW wagon. I've got lots to lose (dress size 30-32) so I will be scouring this boards for tips and support. Well done again on your loss xx

Good luck in SW. It have changed my life. Have no idea what was the dress size for me before Sw as all my clothing were made by me or by myself. But I think it may have been something similar. And thank you :)

Right. Been a good girl again. Im so focused atm that its crazy. What I had to give away today ar work … so proud of my self. Foie gras … the smell , the taste, the fat .. Back in days I did enjoy it and after would clean pan with bread … today I said no. Even tho I know it would had melt in my mouth.

So instead I had salad and ham omlette for breakfast, cottage cheese. Coffee 1syn.

I did finish early today and had rare change to go and see what shops have. And I got myself new jeans. Size 18. Strech. I know Im not size 18 jeans really as my size 18 red shorts are very very tight , but still I feel good about the number.

Now on my way to home and Im so cold and hungry. Will stop in Asda and get some cottage cheese. Maybe some green beans and salmon too and have nice warm tea :) will see

moo your fab, well done today was day one back on plan for me. I'm so sick of food to be honest with you! I've had enough and just want to get back on plan so far so good today :)

Well done on your size 18's it doesn't matter if you don't think your an 18 it says 18 on them so that's good enough :) xxx

Good morning my dears. Thank you all for kind words. Think we all are happy to kickstart the new year again :) we have only one more day to survive , tomorrow and Cat still have birthday do go after but then , new year is here and new start for all.

:D so excited about that. This will be the year I get my target. :) one year ago I was strugleling so much. I knew I have plain to catch and I knew from my experiense before ( when I was much smaller) that plains could be problem. I knew that I have month to go and I should lose weight to make it more comfortable. I have been knowing it all year long… but it wasnt in me. I could not pull myself together. I was so week. I wanted to but failed over and over and over.
All i manage is not to gain that 1 st I had lost year before.

Do something today that your future self will be proud of year from now.

How smart is this line. Im so proud of myself for this year. UK have been blessing for me. And Im not saying it because I have better job here and earn more money. But because I have lost all that weight. 6 st is still a 6 st. And Im so proud that I have done it. This year. That Im not starting 2015 That I started 2014.

I will be 35 years old at the end of august and I will be target then. Or if not, then close to target. I will be wearing stunning dress and sexy lingerie and stockings. And I promise you this - I will enjoy every god dam compliment I will get. :p

So here is what I have to do.
I need to lose only 8 more stone. I need to keep swinging my kettlebell and I need to keep following the plan.
Only 3 things to do - easy , I can do it :)

Now , i need to update my food diary for last night and this morning.

Last night I had carrots and parsnips with mince and cabbage stew and quark. All syn free. And for dessert I had 2 slices of brie. 10 syns for that to be sure I dont overdo.

This morning I had crisp bread and soft cheese sw with ham and last leftover turkey ( at last ). Mustard and coffee 2 syns. Fresh salad and cottage cheese.

Have sw quich with me for work. Everything is under control. Have done 3 SP days already and planing to have 4 more. I have plain to catch again but this time Im ready for changes.
