Left over carbanara 2 syns. Frir fry with hoisin sauce 1 syn. Fresh salad. Crisp bread 1 syn. soft cheese (hea)
Slice of liver ham 1 syn

Im so excited about those cook books I have now - and there is about 30 of them , so I decided to try some of them today. Im planing to do Vegetable lentil soup , but it takes 8 hours to cook and I can leave it overnight.
First I will do salsa =) Hope it is very nice, so here we go , I will put recipes here, maybe someone else would be interested =)

Slow cooker salsa

Prep time 15 min , ready in 2 h 45 min
4 roma tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 onion , cut into wedges
2 jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup cilantro (coriander) leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt ( optional )

How to prepare;
Core the tomatoes. Cut a tiny slice in two of the tomatoes and put a clove of garlic in each. Put all tomatoes in slow cooker. Cut stems off of jalapenos. Remove seeds for milder salsa. Place in cooker. Put onion in slow cooker. Cook on high for 2,5 hours until vegetables are tender. dont forget to cover. Put all the vegetables in a blender with the salt and cilantro( if want to ) and blend. 8 servings and per serving: calories 24 , fat 0 , syn free


I do hope its nice. I have done salsa before , many times but never cooked one- we will see =) wish me luck =D

Breakfast
Crisp bread with soft cheese (he) , with fry eggs and tuna -cottage cheese salad. Served with fresh salad. Coffee 1syn. Yogurt 1 syn.

If you dont know what is mean green , its vegetable fresh jus.
My hubby lost about 5 st with mean green and I lost 1 st. It was before we moved to UK. We started right after our wedding and I did it about a month , he did 6 months.

Mean green is great way to detox too. I have this wish to have this jus for while now and as you know I am big believer of things that will happen will happen I decided that if I want it I will get it.
I will keep doing sw and count syns for mean green as it would be any other vegetable jus. 2 syns for 100 ml.

I have FB closed group. Where I put up my food photos so my friends and family at home could see what I eat. As they so worried Im starving. Today I put up a photo I shared here too and they all very proud of me. My uncle contacted me and said hes so impressed that he wants to do sw too. So thats my happy moment of the day 1) inspire others to get healthy.
And other moment 2) spend afternoon with friend and have fun.

Back to my uncle. As there is no sw back home I have made him short overview how he should eat. And when I go home I will take my old book with me. The program change and why not give this to him now. He wont be able to use same products anyway as we dont have any of those on shops but he can get the idea.

My day have been blessing. Hope yours been great too. Back to work tomorrow. I have my food ready to take with me. I will do this.

NB ! Salsa I did last night turned out ok. Not bad but not too good either. Still simple enough to make myself
Syn free tomato sauce so Im happy. Only will need to find the tight taste for me. Need to experiment a little :p

Good morning to everyone.

First things first and that is the happy moment of the day. :D
My scale love me today and they showed me for very first time 110,9 kg. To see 110 is just so unbelievable and Im generally very very happy about it. :)

Long day at work but Im ready. I have food with me and for first time I have counting my syns in morning. Because of mean green. It gives a lot of syns but Im not ready to give it up just yet.

So here we go
Breakfast ; brown soup with ham and cottage cheese. Syn free yogurt. Coffee 1syn. Milk as (he)

Now if you wondering what the hell is brown soup ? Then I'll tell you. Its broccoli and cauliflower soup made in slow cooker over night. The broccoli color turned to brown. Tastes nice and spice but looks like babys boo.

Meal plan for today ;
Lunch - last leftover spaghetti carbonara with salad and without cheese - synfree. Yogurt 1 syn

Tea and dinner will be similar ; potato and onion mash. Smoked mackerel 5
Syn. Syn free yogurt

And 400 ml mean green over day - 8 syns.

Thats total of 15 syns.
Btw - all my co -sw lovelies , did you know that smoked mackerel is not syn free ?? I did not. Only found out Saturday at class. As I never had it before I did not check the book. I assumed it was free but its not. 100 g -4 syns. So be aware :)
