Moo's year - 24 st start and restart

beautiful dress and skirt Cat and good price too. I dont do e-shopping as I need to try everything on :p Mine were not too bad either - 9 pounds for pink one and 12 for black. I just love how great sales here are. There was one more dress I did want to buy but it was little too tight, let me find the photo for you.
Also I trying to find good skirt, so far no luck ...

Waffle I dont know how the dress size thing works but the black dress is size 14 and pink one is 16. Fact some other dresses I have are 14 and others that I try out - size 16 or 18 dont even fit my left leg- what is wrong with sizing ? Thats why I never want to buy something online :p

You look so slim!!! Nothing like your actual weight. You know I bought a dress like that real fitted about 3 years ago. Couldn't wear it. Tried it on last year in autumn and it was hanging off me. The best feeling in the world!!

You're so right about sizing. I range from a 6 to a 10/12. Ridiculous!!

So here we go - 12 weeks challenge and I will do ( not try , but will do ) The 10.000 Swing Kettlebell Workout on the way too.

This Kettlebell challenge is for 4 weeks and I have done it before but not all 4 weeks. Now I want to do 12 ??? Am I mad ?
But I really really want to enjoy all my dresses this summer and there is no gym near me and im always so busy and lazy and I need on good kick in to butt, so .. Im ready
Lucky for me I have great scales at home, that show all kind of information , including body fat and muscular ( i think ), so the plan is to weight myself monday morning ( monday because I start very early tomorrow and do not want to get my hubby up so early ), take pic of how I look before my 12 week challenge and measure myself one more time.
Will keep doing it every 2 weeks, so I could see how much progress I have done. This is all the "paperwork " but KB challenge itself starts as soon as I get my soft spot up from this very comfortable chair ... :D btw- its not so easy to do as it may sound.

So I need to choose what I will do between sets and I think Ill do something for my arms. I need to give them little bonus. Thing is that my KB is 16 kg and my left arm is not so strong to lift it. I need to find some other exercise that would do the same job. I already know it will be hard but so worth it.

I don't really date try clothes on smaller than what I am, trying on an 18 is brave for me, even though I pretty much am an 18 now from my favourite shops I am still wearing loads of 20/22 size clothes. God I miss the days when I was young and fancy free, at uni I used to go clothes shopping at least once a week- still that's why I am in so much debt now, bad waffle!!

Not small at all Waffle. I started with small one too, but I am very strong :p like very and thats why for me light ones dont do a thing.
its 500 swings a day and challenge takes 4 weeks - 10 000 swings is for 4 -5 weeks , depends how many days you do in one week.
Im done 175 swings atm and Im very very exhausted already, my back is in fire I dont know if I will carry on or give myself a rest, as its been a months when I moved my kb more then mop the floor :p
for now I ll try to do another 25 swings

I can count today successful one - finished my KB day 1
Did not do 500 swings it was too much, 300 for me today. with stretching it took an whole hour , wow - did not expect it to take so long.
I feel great but my legs shake like overcooked spaghetti and back is in fire , lol - Im so out of shape. Not to worry - will be back in there in no time.
Personal won for me too , I manage to do shoulder stand - wohoo, feeling proud :)
( not mentioning that "stand" is very optimistic, more likely shaking )

Maybe if we all do this 12 week challenge we should treat ourselves to a dress :)

think they turned the clock tonight as I feel still sleepy. Never the less I made my husband to wake up with me ( after saying yesterday i wont do that :p) and take my before photos.
Also I did took all the measurements and weight myself to see how much I have body fat and all that stuff. I did do 500 swings this morning with lighter KB and I can tell that even tho kB itself did not do anything for me . my sore back from last night and spaghetti legs still make me feel the workout.
Im happy as I can see how my muscle % gets bigger and fat % lower.
Right now its 39,7 % of fat :D ( Im happy as it was over 50 % at one point ) and 29,9% muscles

Breakfast today - mushroom omelette with fresh salad and mayo - 2 syns, Coffee (he milk)

Time to me to get going , it will be long day ahead and I am planing to make it perfect =)

Well Waffle as I want to see the best result I can I did my before pic with sport bra and bottom half of swimming suit. Then I can show the difference with you guys too :)
