Moo's year - 24 st start and restart

Hey hey hey.
One good day and one not so good day behind me. Last night was os busy. Did 21 k steps. 13 h shift without break and I just got so hungry that I just had bad choice.
Thats not the best way to go and I will try to get back on track today.

Timmi do you think you have time for tea or coffee tomorrow ? Im off and I would love to meet :) will send you a privet message.
Sadly today Im going to work. One of the chefs called sick and I will go and help others out. I guess this comes with the job. When needed you just go and do what is needed :)

what a good day I had today, must tell you girls that I had cup of tea with Timmi this afternoon and shes very sweet. I had so good time Timmi, thank you :)

Even tho I planed to do some dolmas today I didnt :p Got home and had fun with husband and later just was too lazy to get my arse to kitchen. Thing is I got myself a great tool and I cannot wait to try it out, looks like this

That should make my life easier but .. then again I wont know before I try it out.

Yesterday I was in another SW grp , still trying to find new "home" but that one was also the one I needed. Plus I had gain 4,5 pounds - Im honest here, I wasnt happy but I still have my 7 st and I know I can get back in track. There is still time to do my challenge and Im very ready to get back on track.
Like I said in grp also I think Im just tired and I need kick in soft spot to get back on plan 100% and to do that I have been drinking water today, I downloaded water balance app and have hard time to fill my numbers today , guess will be running to toilet tonight :p

Anyhow , hope you all had nice day and lots of smiles =)

You brightened my day yesterday moo! I love a good chat! Thank you! It's my Last day in Birmingham today. Think I'll just be hanging around coffee shops doing my essay ? until it's time to get the train back. Or I may watch YouTube videos on how to make sushi :D

Oh my goodness the dolmas machine looks amazing! I can't work out how you use it though?

Well Cat thing is I cannot get back on plan. Thats my problem atm. Think Im too pleased with myself :p

I spoke to Timmi yesterday and she motivated me to give myself kick into softspot and move my arse forward my challenge goal.

Therefor I have NO reason why I would not be able to do it. Only that Im too happy already, and thats silly excuse isnt it?

So what I will do today is SP and I will keep food diary and photos here again. I need to eat myself slim :)

So day 1 SP
Breakfast
Eggs, tomatoes, beans, cucumber, pepper, mushroom, turkey ham, cottage cheese, coffee 1 syn, fruits ( could not finish fruits so will take them to work with me )

I have lowered my goal for this challenge to make me do this first step. I want to lose 7 pounds to get my 7,5 st award and Ill go from there. :)

Good day behind me. On my way to home and then right to bed. Not even going to open my laptop or I may end up eating again.

Has busy day and did not had enough time to eat my food , so had fast pasta in tomato sauce.

Still I cannot manage to fill this water balance app. Been drinking 2,3 l of water and Im still only at 60%
Oh well think it takes time to get back of water as I use to drink.

Anyhow. Im so proud of doing this day so well.

I realized last night at home that I suppose to do SP plan yesterday but forgot. Lol

Off to work now. Finishing early today and plan is to do some cooking later. I still want to do dolmas and use my roller :) and stuffed peppers.

Just finished my cooking and I must say making dolmas was never so easy :)

I got myself a dolma roller few month ago but was way too lazy to try it out. Today at last I gave myself kick into soft spot and I did try my new toy. Long story short - its amazing.

I havent tried then just yet as Im so full from dinner but Im sure they taste good (read ; someone eat half the stuffing while cooking). I made dolma with beef 5% fat, onion, garlic, tomatoes, mint and mint sauce, turmeric, salt, pepper and rice. Perp all, mix all up and get stuffing into wine leaves.
I always was proud of my "rolling " skills but this is so easy. And all dolmas look the same. :)
My first try's were not so good as I did try to roll em in wrong side :p lol but thank god for youtube :D
Then I put too much stuffing and first two leaf broke but thats fine. Practice make you a master. Friking dolma master :)

Same time I did stuffed peppers. By the time I finished with dolmas my peppers were ready. :)
 
As stuffed peppers are almost same stuffing as dolmas I figured that if I do them at the same time I save lot of time , see clever :p

Same stuffing only for pepper mix I added vegetables and tomato paste. And no mint this time. I had some mix left so all what was left got turned to dolmas. Lol. Dunno how it will taste.

I got so excited about my dolma roller that I forgot my peppers in oven for little too long. No big deal but they would have been little better if they would been coked little less :)

And at last - I had good day today. Not as good as yesterday but still good.
For lunch I had bites here and there and I will say its worth 10 syns. So I made up my mind not to use any more syns today. So here it goes. Dinner syn free

I feeling strong atm :) Think food diary helps me to stay on plan better and it is time to get working on those kilos to go. I cannot wait when I be under 100 kilos and never see three number on scale again :)

I will make my best to not stay away from minis as you guys are really helpful and supportive. Love you all x
 
So good morning everyone. Seems that sunny and warm weeks is sadly ending and its starts to rain again.
Just after I got in mode to wear my dresses I need to find my trousers again.

Maybe the fact that I love my dresses and skirts have given me also a motivation to get back on plan. Maybe its because I started to love shopping and still searching for beautiful pencil skirt that fits me well. I have small waist and big bum /belly so all I can find either 1) fits nicely on my waste but is baggy on my back and then fits nice on my bum or 2) is great on my back and bum bot dont fit on waist. But girl - pencil cut works so well on me. Even the fact that I have big tummy does not play big roll as this cut makes me look slimmer and tall. And so so sexy. Only problem is to find that right skirt or dress.

Almost all my outfits are A shape ? Thats really good as well, lets me show off my waist and wide hips. That works even so well that I have been getting compliments all over. Co-workers dont recognize me and people I live together ( still in share house ) keep saying I look good.
Other day I got someone walking with me and asking all kind of funny questions a la " whats your name, how old are you and are you married "
Yesterday landlord came to house and asked me for drinks, lol
Thats what a dress can do. And dont get me wrong. Im happily married and use to compliments and fact that men find me attractive but it still makes me feel good about myself. Yes Im that kind of girl who likes to listen how good I look :p you can shoot me now :D

So all those positive feedback and speaking to my lovely Timmi and going to the sw group and doing this 12 weeks challenge have given me kick I needed to try and get back there.

As I said before I have had "few" dolmas already :p and I kept having them for my breakfast. Also will take some with me to work. They are totally syn free but I know I need to have vegetables with them or I will have gain.
So here it goes again. Day 1 ( day 1 because I will go to my old class next saturday and plan is to get my 7,5 st award. 7 days to go )
Day 1 breakfast
Overnight oats with kiwi and blackberry and syn free yogurt ( if you havent had asda chosen by you rhubarb and vanilla yogurt. Try it now )

Off to work now. Will have another 12 h shift ahead. But I have my food with me and it will be quiet today. So fingers crossed that Ill stay on plan :)
