Hiya everyone,

Feel free to comment on my food diary, I need all the help I can get ;)

28th May EE day

Breakfast- Cup of tea (I was up all night with a windy baby and it was nearer lunch time when I came downstairs :eek:)

Lunch- Leftover Lasagne (Syns were counted yesterday)
Green Tea

Snack- Milky Coffee (HEA)
Strawberries

Dinner- Shari Murgh
Onion Bhajis
Aloo Gobi
Pilau Rice
Green Tea
Peach FF Activia (0.5)

Drinks during the day were diet lemonade and green tea.

Missing breakfast means I haven't had my HEB and as I'm breastfeeding I can have an extra 4 HE's so I will have to fit in some more food and some syns before bed.

ETA: I have had 2 slices of wholemeal toast (HEB) with 3 tsp jam (1.5), 3 Asda GFY Date and Walnut cakes (9) and an Options (3)

LUNCH- Pasta with Pesto, Broccoli, Petit Pois, Sweetcorn, Onion and 42g Feta Cheese (HEA)
1 Scan Bran with 1 LC Deli Square (1.5) and 2 Cherry Tomatoes

SNACK- Apple
Green Tea
3 Onion Bhajis
Asda Beetroot Salad
Diet Lemonade

DINNER- Sweet Potato Lasagne with 42g cheese (HEA)
Wedges
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Green Tea
0% Total with a sachet of Dark Highlights stirred in (2)

Total Syns- 6.5

I haven't stopped eating today, I think I'm making up for yesterday :p

1 slice Toast with 1 tsp Jam (HEB & 0.5)

LUNCH- 2 slices Toast (Rest of HEB)
3 rashers WW Bacon

SNACK- Weight Watchers Bacon

DINNER- Roast Lamb
Small Roast Potato (3)
Roasted Veg: Butternut Squash, Leeks, Red onion, Mushrooms and Garlic
Small slice of Giant Jaffa Cake (4)
Diet Irn Bru

SNACK- 3 slices WW Brown Danish (HEB)
2 LC Extra Light Triangles (2)
3 Babybel Light (HEA)

Drinks throughout the day were Tea and Coffee with HEA Skimmed Milk, Green Tea and Diet Irn Bru

Dinner: Chinese Buffet which was horrible and gave me an upset stomach :(

Went out and stuck to Diet Coke but I did have a chicken kebab with no pitta or sauce but with loads of salad so I'll say thats the rest of my syns!
