Moral support appreciated

    Hi everyone, thankyou for reading this

    I have been on a mission to lose weight since September 2013 and have lost around 5 stones so far.
    I seem to have hit a bump in the road so would really appreciate some moral support from people who understand. I dont have a target weight or dress size as I've always been big so dont know where to gauge it. I think I want to lose another 4 at least. Maybe I need a target?

    How do I add one of the tracker thingies to this? Maybe that might help? I need to be accountable to something!

    If anyone would like to buddy up with me that would be fantastic too

    Thanks Chezz, been to weigh in this morning and lost 8 lbs this week. Feeling pretty positive today so I'm trying to focus on that and keep going!
    I have a holiday 4th july so 9 weeks to go... hoping for 2 stone loss by then.

    How about you?

    Thanks guys, am still going! Every day I feel a bit more confident, its quite an alien feeling to me.
    This is my favourite time of year with beer gardens, pimms and ice creams too! But I can do this!
    Spending tonight home alone with a movie and looking for dresses online.

    Tried to do a ticker but couldnt work it out, will ask my husband..

    Am looking at a photo of myself taken yesterday (1st one for couple of years) and can't recognise myself!
