more advice please

Hi all,

Not sure if this is in the right place but can somebody please have a look at my menu and make sure i'm on the right track. (i'm on attack)

B: Roast beef slices

L: Chicken strips marinaded in lemon juice, thyme and garlic

D: Homemade turkey and chilli burgers and fat free yoghurt dip with mint.

S: Garlic and herb prawns.

W: 3 pints

E: 20 mins of an exersise DVD.

Is marinading ok? everything would be a bit bland otherwise?

Yep. All fresh and homemade scooby i try to avoid processed stuff if i can help it.
try and up your water a bit for the protien intake and lemon is ok but not too much marinading is good and you will get bored otherwise
