More Fern Britton than Cotton...

    Slimming world
    Hi, I started SW today - have done it before for a couple of months, lost about a stone but then lost momentum a bit i think and slipped back. Now I weigh a stone and a half more than the first time I ever did SW. I'm not going to classes tho, cos I just havent got the funds atm :(

    I'm goin to uni in september - have had a couple of gap years.... I'm far too good at putting things off, but hoping that this time is the time i lose weight for good.

    SO.... Today I ate..

    Breakfast -
    2 slices wholemeal toast
    scraping of marg :/

    Lunch -
    an apple,
    carrot sticks,
    fat free greek yoghurt.

    Dinner -
    brown rice
    roast veg -courgette, carrots and onions -all we had in! (in a few tsps of oil and cayenne pepper)
    some fat free dressing

    Snacks -
    more carrot sticks
    options hot choc
    Have about 6 stone to lose, so i imagine i'll be sticking around for a bit lol
